I build enablement programs that help your people thrive at work and enable you to lead them steadily, even when everything around you is changing fast. I also help ambitious professionals find and cross the bridge to their next career destination.
Hi, I'm Nike (nee-kay). I'm a Training & Enablement Program Manager with 12 years of experience building scalable learning programs that drive performance, capability, and role readiness in high-growth tech environments.
My work spans skill-based capability building, change enablement, and learning infrastructure that holds up through acquisitions, reorgs, and rapid growth. I architect programs that provide staff with effective and inclusive learning opportunities and build systems that give leaders data they can actually act on.
Outside my corporate work, I'm passionate about helping ambitious professionals navigate career transitions into tech by translating what they already know into positioning that gets them noticed and hired.
Where I've built what matters

Program Manager, Training & Enablement
Scaled the enablement function from scratch through two acquisitions, designing onboarding, upskilling, and measurement systems for a global consulting workforce of 700+ staff.
- Designed and ran Flight School , a quarterly cohort onboarding experience for 3 global regions, moving ~240+ new hires through the program.
- Designed a Jira-based training tracking system capturing investment hours, cost, and skill progression across 300+ employee profiles to supply leaders with ROI data.
- Led the EXPAND program development to provide both technical and non-technical self-directed learning opportuntites for global consulting teams.
- Sustained full enablement function through two acquisitions and supported change management initiatives while business achieved ~90% of plan.
My mind at work

Flight School: Onboarding as belonging architecture
Most onboarding programs answer "what do I need to know?" I redesigned Flight School to also answer "where do I belong?" because we know that fostering a real sense of belonging in the first 90 days is a measurable driver of retention and performance.
The executive problem this solves: early attrition driven by disconnection. New hires who know their job but not their place in the organization. Flight School closes that gap early on.

Career coaching and mentorship for the ambitious pivoter
I created Skilled Ambition for professionals who are ready to move into the next phase of their career, but don't know how to translate what they know into language that gets them hired in tech. Everything I know about how people learn, grow, and position themselves goes into this work.
As a result of this work, I developed my proprietary career change methodology, The P.I.V.O.T. Framework, which intuitively reflects how I think about transformation in any context: one constraint at a time, in sequence, until the ultimate desired outcome is reality.
"Moving into a new role or new industry doesn't mean starting over. It means showing up agile and equipped with all of the knowledge and skills you've worked so hard to obtain."
Ready when you are...
